Frequently asked questions
How fast can you visit?
Most jobs get a same-week visit slot. Urgent leaks, power faults and cooling failures are prioritised for the next working day — call us and we will fit you in.
Do you give fixed quotes?
Yes. We inspect the job on site, then confirm a fixed written price before any work starts. The figure on the quote is the figure on the invoice.
What is covered by the guarantee?
Our 12-month workmanship guarantee covers the quality of our labour and installation. If anything we fitted fails through faulty workmanship, we come back and put it right free.
Do you bring materials?
Yes. Standard parts and materials travel with the van, and common replacements are included in the quote. Specialist items are listed separately so you always see the full cost first.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Springfield and the surrounding neighbourhoods within about 25 miles. Not sure if that includes you? Call us — if we can reach you same-week, we will.
How do you take payment?
By card or bank transfer after the final walkthrough, once you are happy with the work. Most jobs need no deposit; larger installs may ask for materials up front.
